Rental of Facilities Information

Hall Pricing

                                       Half Day                                                            Full Day

                                      (8am - 2pm) or (2pm - 8pm)  $300                   (1pm - Midnight)    $600

                                      (6pm - Midnight)   $400      *all times are flexible depending on the event.  

                                      * set up times at discretion of Post Officer at time of agreement signing.

                                      Staff Pricing/Donations:

                            Bartender (after normal operating hours) $25/hr min tip amount (up to 75 attendees).

                            Additional Bartender $25/hr min tip

                            Security/Escort $25/hr (up to 75 attendees). 

                            Additional Security/Escort $25/hr. (un-licensed)

                            * Addional staffing is at the discretion of the Post Officer at time of agreement signing.

                             Miscellaneous:

                             Kithchen Service area - $50

                             Main Kitchen - $100

                             Sound Small / Voice only - free

                             Large Sound including lights (DJ) - $150

                             Full Sound package including operator digital mixer, mics, monitors, cables 

                             $150 + $50/ hr.

                                     Member Pricing

                                     Free (if the event is during normal business hours, non-holidays, and if there is no

                                     paid event scheduled within 2 weeks).

                                    If it is aFundraiser, a designated Post Officer will negotiate a shared profit.

                                    If no Bartender or escort required, there will be a small fee to open Post

                                    and check the area(s).

                                    Limit of two (2) free events per year.

                     * Members pay Bartender and sound rate for any time outside of normal operating hours.

                 ALL EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY the Post Commander and Desgnated Post Officer.
 A deposit of $100 will be collected at the time of the contract.  If there is any damage or is not cleaned after the event, the deposit will be forfeited in   whole or part.  Also includes any fees unpaid or changes made ti the agreement.  Event payment is due two (2) weeks prior to the event.
